Change of License

I've changed the license of the generated LSL builder script to the more permissive Creative Commons by Attribution. For the majority of people this won't make any difference. Just a few extra lines to copy and paste.

The only people who need a commercial license are those who wish to change the attribution of the LSL script. So if you want to give out the builder for an object and want it to seem like all your own work then you need a commercial license. Contact me to negotiate

The completed objects created by the builder don't have any scripts in them, it's just the builder itself where this license applies.
