Argv[0] error

I posted this in the Primstar comments already, but I realized this might be the better place.

I use a WinXP system with Blender 2.49 and tried to install Primstar 1.0.0 for SL sculpties.  At first I had issues with Python, so I changed to an earlie version and looked at the Command Line message when I tried to run the install...it kept thinking I had v 2.6.2, so I changed to that version, but I still end up with the same error.  I have tried this with the Primstar 1.0.0 folder in Blender, in Blender\.blender, and in Blender\.blender\scripts, all with the same message...

I am not well-versed in using the command prompt, so I may be missing something obvious, but can anyone help me figure out what is going wrong here?
