This development snapshot has merged the two import scripts and added obj support. This is file extension based, so all three formats (.dae, .obj and image files) are under Import - Second Life Sculptie. The mesh based formats do need a sculptie compatible UV map to work.
Also added primstar.svg to use as an icon.

Torus seems to not work...
Hello there Domino, and many gratz for your amazing work, really perfect! I'm just having problems in making a torus... The one under "Add -> Mesh -> Sculpt Mesh" don't work: if I choose torus, it appears a plane to me, not a torus. The otner way, "Add -> Mesh -> Torus" doesn't work with hte UV Map creation. What am I doing wrong? Ty for your find reply and, by the way, great job.
0.9.x-git add mesh - sculpt mesh
The standard Add - Mesh - Sculpt Mesh in the 0.9.x-git branches does appear to have a bug or two. It was commited to polish for release (having been submitted by Gaia) but then it was decided to do a tkInter based interface instead. The real interface is the one under Add - Mesh - GUI Test but it currently has a few problems on Windows. Once these are resolved, it'll replace the Add - Mesh - Sculpt Mesh script.
